Al promised them as soon as he can skim the taxpayers matching funds off the top he'll pay the balance in cash. Why are so many Dem's in the race. All doing the same thing?

Are you kidding. If I missed only one payment they would be calling my house everyday on the hour to find out when I would be sending it.
