In the report I read, Lee has indicated he will look at all evidence before committing to testify. He has NOT said which side he will testify for.

Although some have asserted his testimony is up for the highest bidder (which may very well be true), there has been no evidence that he is making a financial decision regarding his testimony. He continues to state it will depend on the nature of the evidence.
