If hitlery waits for '08, she may lose her bid for reelection to the senate in '06, Giuliani is already being touted as her opponent, and a victory for Rudy would be the end of a presidential run before it could begin for the would-be general secretary of the USA's prospective politburo.

She may well choose not to risk it, it depends upon her assessment of her chances of winning reelection to the senate in 2006 against a very popular Rudy Giuliani.
