Kids be warned: Flushing your pet fish down the drain will not send it safely into the ocean as depicted in the movie "Finding Nemo."
A company that manufactures equipment used to process sewage issued a press release Thursday warning that drain pipes do lead to the ocean -- eventually -- but first the fluid goes through powerful machines that "shred solids into tiny particles."

No, that isn't the whole plot. A little fish called Nemo is caught in a net, taken back to Sydney, where he is supposed to be given to a terrible child as a gift. The daddy fish and his friend, swim all of the way to Sydney (Australia), looking for Nemo, wanting to rescue him from the humans. It is a good thing they succeed, because should the little girl get the fish, she will terrorize him, and kill him, as she has a terrible track record with harming fish. If she kills him, well, then... he will eventually make it to the ocean, via the toilet. 5% of the movie is about the little girl. 95% is about Nemo and his Daddy, desperate to find each other, again. They succeed, in the end.
