Glenn is starting to let word out on the new UAVs and the ground sensors. Stand by for the shriekfest from the usual suspects.

Do we really think the government will do anything about the invasion on our borders? I don't.

Sierra Vista, Arizona has had a balloon on a 3,000 foot tether flying overhead for the last dozen years sending back images, pictures, whathaveyou. There have been 13 of these tethered balloons along the border for many years intended, primarily, for drug interdiction. The last information published stated that information from these overhead balloons had not contributed to a single drug conviction in all those years.
Remind me again, these drone aircraft are going to do what?

Love the ground-sensor thing. Interesting how the Homeland Security guys are only jumping on this AFTER the ABP folks shame them into it.

Claudia Smith, a lawyer for California Rural Legal Assistance, said regardless of the group's motives, the drones would simply shift migrants to more remote areas. More remote than here? Good grief, woman, get a new argument!
