They do state it isnt a recall petition. Being politically astute I know that petitions need the county of registration so they can be tallied. These petitions are a statement of opinion from the people of California. Nothing more and nothing less.

THat may be true, but it also serves to discourage people from signing the REAL petition.

And when it says RECALL PETITION on the head it of, it's nothing short of FRAUDULENT.
