And she fancies herself a mindreader with this comment: ...not the walkover prosecutors had envisioned. It is too much to ask, I'm sure, how she knows what the proscutors "envisioned", other than evidence to present at trial.
Then she states this: But once the leak occurred, prosecutors - who blamed the leak on the defense, but did not provide evidence to support their suspicions - changed their mind, and sought to unseal the report on Conner Peterson. Well, Ms. Spilbor, reporters were saying the leaks were coming from the defense.
And as to the Frey photos---evidently Ms. Spilbor was not aware that these pictures were revealed long ago and last week's Flynt extravaganza was merely reviving those. I also am not aware the photos were taken for a "nudie magazine". Ms. Spilbor, who claims she's so interested in precise evidence, fails to name this anonymous publication. Perhaps it was Frey's intention that they someday be published in such a magazine, and perhaps not, but I don't think that has been established, Ms. Spilbor. Also, I don't believe Frey lied about their existance, so her credibility regarding this case has not been tainted.
