I had completely forgotten about that fiasco!

And......in an effort to promote verbal purity (wink)......I would like to point out that hazelnuts are FILBERTS. But the marketing geniuses decided hazelnuts sounded SO much more appealing....and voila...they just up and changed the name!

But.....as TRUE old timers can tell you.....they ain't hazelnuts..they're FILBERTS!

At the risk of keeping the thread off-topic, my theory on the hazelnut "business" was it was a money laundering scheme, where the "business" would be cover to explain multiple trips to that region of the world and any money transactions. Ditto on Roger Clinton's bizarre "concert" in North Korea. Money laundering schemes.

Unfortunately for the brothers Rodham, the hazelnut business was funny looking on its fact, the clinton WH, as always, claimed no knowledge about it, and the idea was dropped.

Sean Hannity just promoed his interview tonight (already taped at her home) with Juanita Broaddrick. Sean points out it is only her second in-depth interview and new information will be revealed. Shep says "You're accusing a former president of being a rapist" and Sean simply replies "I believe her". Me, too, Sean.
