The newest info I learned from Dateline last night was that SP visited the area he dumped Laci and Conner before they were found. His excuse was he was overseeing the search and what the police were doing. Yeah right, he was probably peeing in his pants every time Scuba divers went out in that bay looking for Laci. SP didn't come down to Modesto when Laci's body was found though.

Rumor had it a while back that Sharon called SP wanting him to come identify Laci's body after it was found. Of course he wouldn't. I wish Katie had asked Sharon if that was true.

Another interesting point was Amy saying he kept a phone glued to his ear when Laci first went missing, while the rest of them were running around like mad calling her name. Now we know he was probably talking to Amber.

I also liked that even guys in prison write to the Rochas with disgust over Laci's murder. They probably tell the Rochas they are praying they get Scott as a cell-mate. If SP doesn't get the death penalty, I see him definitely being somebody's bitch in the big house. He will keep up the facade and marry some idiot that writes to him (like those Menendez boys- who actually seem pretty nice now compared to Scott-HA!).
