Nonsense. First of all they would have no way to track who sent the brick, and you could easily make the argument that it was a political statement ( ala burning a flag ) and therefor protected speech.

alright--now, not getting caught doesn't make an action less fraudelent.

Regarding free speech...I don't think that would work, since you are costing someone money.
