His slim chances were dashed -- at least for the time being -- when activists who didn't like him, his tax increases or his plans to cut school and health care funds mounted a campaign to recall him from office.

I still say that when the recall petition is certified, Davis will resign..the LtGov takes over, and the recall is moot...

Even better, then Cruzin' n'Bustanamove (N word-man) will be on the spot. This means La Raza has a "leader" in place and the Aztlan movement can be dealt with directly in the NEXT recall.
