Actually it does in that it greatly enlarges the what would be considered the "homosexual" population above the 2-3% of those self-identified as homosexuals.
But the point I was making with my original post is more in the line of a caution ... no matter how strictly one outlaws homosexuals, there is still a very large danger from those you may never suspect in a million years of wanting to hurt your child. Never feel safe.
