We should study what percentage of rapes (not to mention murder and other violent acts) are perpetrated by men vs. perpetrated by women. My guess is it is the disparity if great. From there we need to figure out what to do with men.

These people who like to play these numbers games don't follow through when the conclusion points to MALES as the defective gender.

True and that's often pointed out in homosexual propaganda and by homosexual activists. The real concern is the rate at which homosexuals offend, from the study it’s 6-20 times more than the rate heterosexuals offend.
