This is gonna be a war in the Demo Party

IMHO, the Democrats had one chance to retain any semblance of morality. Had Al Gore resigned after Clinton's admission, he'd be President today, and the Dems would control both houses of Congress.

They failed at their watershed moment, and opted to be the party of sleaze and power at any cost, and the public rejected them.

One of my biggest problems with Gore was, knowing Clinton, lied to the country, he stood behind Clinton and said he was a good man. That told me all I needed to know about Gore's judgment,character and courage (or lack thereof.)
