I once got Lanny Davis to scream at me at the top of his lungs when I called into a radio show on which he was the guest. He didn't like his client being called a rapist. I asked him if he would drop support of Clinton if Bill raped someone close to him.

Susan Estrich is right, though. Hillary did not write her book solely for the money. She did it because she will do anything if it will help her to become President of the United States. She will even revisit, 'the most painful moments of my life'. And the fact that some stupid publishing house offered her gobs of money and is printing an unheard of 1 million copies, well, Hillary is looking for the White House, not at the bankbook.
