A Plot to Deceive
The Washington Post ^ | 6/8/03 | Robert Kagan

There is something surreal about the charges flying that President Bush lied when he said that Saddam Hussein was in possession of weapons of mass destruction. In Europe, and especially in Britain, where Tony Blair is also under fire, the idea has actually taken hold that the charge against Iraq was a complete fabrication

In a speech delivered at the Pentagon in February 1998, Clinton described what he called Iraq's "offensive biological warfare capability, notably 5,000 gallons of botulinum, which causes botulism; 2,000 gallons of anthrax; 25 biological-filled Scud warheads; and 157 aerial bombs." Clinton accurately reported the view of U.N. weapons inspectors at the time "that Iraq still has stockpiles of chemical and biological munitions, a small force of Scud-type missiles, and the capacity to restart quickly its production program and build many, many more weapons."

Guess all those Presidential types are in on the conspiracy together.

If you like a good conspiracy, this one's a doozy. The best thing about it is that, if all these people are lying, there's only one person who ever told the truth: Saddam Hussein. And now we can't find him either.

We must CONTINUALLY remind ourselves that any Bush slip-up or misquote, screw-up or mis-step is going to be MAGNIFIED & distorted to the MILLIONTH POWER, by the Rat minions, dispatched by the Left to beat the friggin' drum going toward the 2004 election........

They are experts at hanging themselves...let 'em...

It's amazing how many people are still upset because we wiped out one of the most wicked and vile regimes of the 20th century. You wonder what spirit inhabits these people's souls. It also shows you how many people would rather believe a lie than the truth. Of course, a lot of this is perpetrated by the European media, which is heavily influenced by Arab money, both directly and indirectly.

>>>In the Washington Post no less!

Should come as no surprise. The WashPost supported Operation Iraqi Freedom.

The Washington Compost is good for nothing but your dog to 'go' on.

What people fail to realize is that the people making these decisions have access to information of a sensitive nature. They know things the rest of us don't.

I trust GWB to make the right decisions unlike slick willy.

Had we eschewed the 'Security Counsel' machinations, our forces (had they been readdy at the time, and they were not) would have found WMDs at the ready. With the time it took to get all ducks in a row and prove the Security Counsel merely a Frogdom front to obstruct, Saddam moved to other countries or destroyed all the evidnece he could manage to round up. But I'm betting he still didn't get it all taken care of and the people connected witht he game will be the key to full disclosure. In the meantime, just keep track of which anti-american rats raise the biggest stinks in trying to defame the President ... AND VOTE THOSE SMARMY BASTARDS OUT!

That's what I'm thinking too. He had plenty to time to 'dispose' of WMD. My theory is many of the components went to Syria and that is worrisome.

Thanks to the FR website, I can and will keep and eye on what our politicians are up to. The only power we have is to vote and I plan on exercising that power as often as possible...from the local on up to the federal.

Your theory is a good one and I agree. Please feel free to ping me with future reports. Thanks in advance.
