...Photos were taken of HILLARY with BILL up at Martha's Vineyard to show the Country just how close a Family the CLINTONS still were despite MONICA-GATE and BILL CLINTON's looming Impeachment.

It was set up to show the world that they were still a close family, despite the revelations. At that point, Hillary would have shaved her head and told the world she had cancer if that is what it took to get sympathy.
