Why some evil WENCH thinks she is above the law and can assault and batter a law enforcement officer ( who she views as a private driver) is beyond me. Excuse me, I hope you don't mind if I change your word "evil wench" to "evil WITCH", at least that's what I think of Miss Super Sweet SMILEY arrogant poor excuse for belonging to the human race.
