Dr. Cyril Wecht said it can be detected in the liver of someone who has died from it tho. In the other tissues, probably not. But if a high dose and they have the Peterson floor mop with vomit - then I can see that being incriminating if it is in a high enough quanity. Right now, I think we're all pretty much guessing. The prosecution have not shown their WHOLE hand for sure.

Yes, I heard him say that it can be detected in the liver, but also that Laci's liver was gone. So, wonder if it might be the baby's liver? Wasn't the baby fairly intact?

Geraldo, during one of his interviews, stated there was no blood or vomit on the mop. Don't know where he got his information, he just said that was a rumor that was not true.

Did she have a liver left as one of her organs when she washed ashore?
I can't remember which if any organs were leaked as missing.
