Yes, it was reported that the floor was recently mopped and that the house smelled of bleach. I believe your post is correct, this was mentioned by LE,either at the time of the initial visit to the house or from the subsequent search.(I am not certain which)

Wow..I have lots to go back and read...I just stopped for a minute while baking a pie because the energetic Rita Cosby is on with all the talking heads...and HL might be the forsensics expert for the Defence...OOOOohhhhhh they are all agog...defence team Prosecution team..Is anyone else besides me getting sick of the Laci Peterson murder case being treated like a football match? This team..that team....it is getting on my last raw Irish nerve. And to that end. I think the FOX fair and balanced team is actually rooting for MG and his "team"..am I nuts or is this beginning to look like a big game to them.
