Miguel Escobar Valdez, the Mexican consul in Douglas, said "several shots" were fired and said he has put notices in Mexican newspapers seeking witnesses. He said the shooting marks the first time this year that a Border Patrol agent has shot at a suspected immigrant in his district, which includes Cochise, Graham and Greenlee counties.

These criminals have learned well from Hamas. "Just throw stones" Stoning can kill and injure..it is assault.

Try throwing rocks at your neighborhood cop and see what he does.

Perhaps if the border patrol were really allowed to guard the border using the weapons issued to them. "Halt or I will shoot " might mean something and slow the tide of this invasion
