Can't get addicted with cheese. Chocolate, however, is another matter. Three days ago at 10:30 p.m. the chocolate urge arose. Naturally, no chocolate in the house. It wasn't pretty. Falling asleep was my only recourse. The next day a large snickers bar was first on the agenda.

Do what my wife does.

Buy the large packages of M&Ms, divide them up into cup size tupperware containers and strategically place around the house. A container in the desk drawer, by the couch, counter top in the kitchen, by the bed, etc.

My wife is never more than an arms length away from chocolate. :)
