I have this theory (idea) IMHO. Dont get me wrong I love Dick Cheney but he can not run for president so would it not be smarter for him to step down in 2004 and Bush ask Condi Rice to run with him. Now we would have a Beautiful Black lady and smart as a whip with a clean background etc. and also someone that would be further groomed to beat Hillary in 2008. Any thought on this??

Giuliani would be just fine also , it's just that as much as I love Cheney he seems like a dead end. We need to look and plan a little bit farther ahead and be prepared.

What's interesting, as pointed out by Susan Estrogen, that with all the attention the Clintons are attracting, can anyone say what has happened to the 9 Democratic presidential candidates? I bet if you ask the Democrat in the street, "Who is the leading Democratic presidential condidate?", the overwhelming response would be Hillary.
