The only way I am aware of to "prove" a rape is with DNA evidence or eyewitness accounts. The DNA possibility passed within a few hours of the attack, and Juanita has never mentioned any witnesses.

Actually there was a woman who could have been called as a witness. Norma Rogers (or Kelsey; one of those is her married name now) was Juanita's roommate at the conference. She knew Juanita was having a meeting with Clinton. When she came back to the room, she found Juanita in shock and bloodied. The janitor had not been in the room. The bellboy had not been in the room. The doorman had not been in the room. The porter had not been in the room. The food service guy had not been in the room. And Juanita did not do it to herself. There was one person who had been in that room with Juanita --- the attorney general of Arkansas.

How would DNA Prove rape? That would simply prove sex, and there isn't really any dispute on that point. DNA evidence would add little. It's consent and force that are the issues.

On the larger point, bringing up the past about Bill has little chance of harming Hillary's chances in 2008, which are pretty good.

You are sorry that I can't let this go....How sad, that you are sad...you must be a sad person...I am not thick of skull...do not need any criminal science lectures from you....of course, DNA is impossible now....but multiple "passed" polygraphs by most of the Clinton accusers would force liberals back away from the evil duo, and would seal in the minds of most Americans that this sorry lying low life is a rapist. And spare me the "polygraphs are not accepted in most courts" speech....it is NOT the legalities that I am talking about...it is convincing the American citizens of the true nature of the Rico President and his hit-man wife.
