You're telling me that embryos exercise a "will to live," and that that basically makes them human. Fine, but 1) there is no conscious mental activity on the part of an embryo implanting itself into the womb, and 2) by your twisted logic, a chipmunk embryo also exercises the same will to live, and can therefore also be counted as a human being.
