"I can't wait to pick up the Berlitz "Rap in 8 easy lessons" audiotapes"Oh, they'll be easy to find........right next to the "Ebonics" tapes under "Junk Urban Butchering of the English Language Posing as 'Cool' for Stupid Kids of All Colors".

The judge said the fact the lyrics were hard to "decipher" mitigated against the case. Perhaps the judge can translate Wolly Bully next?

The judge, 50, said the claim had led to the "faintly surreal experience of three gentlemen in horsehair wigs [himself and two other judges] examining the meaning of such phrases." Ping for the amusement of it. Can't you just picture the judges trying to ponder this one?

Of course this same judge was later heard speaking in sixes and sevens claiming that it was proper English .... American reporters are still baffled as to what exactly was said.
