...On Veterans' Day Weekend, November 2001 I was blessed to fly to my U.S. 7th Cavalry Veteran's Annual Battle of IA DRANG-1965 Alumni Conference in Washington, D.C.
...I went there to honor my Fellow Battle of IA DRANG-1965 Hero RICK RESCORLA, who perished under New York's Tower 2 just 2 months before, and BARBARA K. OLSON at the Pentagon.
...Must have been all in GOD's Plan with my having fought for the vindication of both online and in Talk Radio/TV Calls ever since that Day of Infamy..? It's the very least I could do for CLARITY.
...Both make America what it is today ...no matter what our Enemies Within HILLARY CLINTON, BILL CLINTON, CHELSEA CLINTON and WALTER CRONKITE still try to do to US.
...St. RICK and St. BARBARA =
...America's newest Guardian Angels

Understand Rick Rescorla saved many lives helping to rescue people out of the twin towers, before they collapsed on him. He is on the cover of "We Were Soldiers Once...and Young" by Moore and Galloway.
St. Rick....and American hero....Amen!

Ronnie, I see you're defending your country even in this thread by reminding us to be vigilant, and by honoring soldiers like Rick, who just couldn't die of old age. Thank you! I hope you don't have to make such a choice as Rick did, running up to save more lives in a WTC tower right before it came down.
Rick's story in the New Yorker made such an impact on me, and helped get me thinking about Vietnam and what it meant to Americans. Click on the picture of Ronnie during the battle of Ia Drang below to read it.
There's an about.com entry for him that includes a petition to see him get the Presidential Medal of Freedom award.
