"Nobody is selling out Israel, the road map is a good chance to get some activity in the peace process, and of course Palestine should become a real state - and the settlers have to leave their homes, too."

Legally, it's disputed territory - not occupied territory, and most of the "settlements" are completely legal communities, despite what some leftists purport.

What is the legal basis under which you think that there should be no Jews living in historic Judea and Samaria?

The legal basis? There is no need for laws. The law is the matter of fact. What do you think was the legal basis for the Poles and Czech to expropriate and expell 15 million of Germans living in Posen, West-, Ostpreußen, Pommern, Sudetenland? 2 million Germans died during the trip with destination W Germany. We had 13 million refugees. And don´t try to say that these Germans were criminals and deserved their fate.

These numbers are a little bit higher than the numbers of Palestinians "refugees" or jewish settlers.

The Poles and Czech going along with the Soviets have made facts. Against the law. Same in MidEast. The Palestinians live in WB and Gaza, the jewish Israelis in the rest of the "country". That´s the way it is, and that´s why there should be the expropriation of the settlers.
