Close, but not quite; recent *binary* chemical agents are quite usable in their unmixed form and require no additional mixing or preparation for field troops to use. They're just capable of depot-level storage in a semi-ready seperated state, unlike the meth lab, in which it's intended to continue on to the next stage of production, since partially processed materials decline in purity as they draw nitrogen and moisture [hygroscopicity] once exposed to the air. -archy-/-
