Questions Increase on President's Use of Forged Nuclear Evidence
June 2, 2003 - Rep. Waxman asks the President to explain why he cited forged evidence about Iraq's efforts to obtain nuclear materials in his 2003 State of the Union address. Rep. Waxman also releases an ambiguous one-page letter from the State Department regarding the use of the forged evidence.

I think it would be in our national security interests to know who furnished false information to our intelligence agencies. This is serious stuff, and should be above partisan politics.

Well ... if you're going to compare people - try to get people who are comparable. To use Waxman (who is dispicable) against a guy like Dr. Phil (who's squeaky clean), it just doesn't have any impact.
