HEY!!! Don't ask me!!!! I was merely haranguing MissMillie's ridiculous assertion that the "4th amendment no longer exists" thanks to the Patriot act.

Ask her for a specific example of what the Patriot Act does that's so horrible.

And for my edification, ask her why she thinks there's anything going on here that isn't enabled more by the invention of, say, the internet, than by any law on federal books.

Aw, come on, Sam. I thought these posts went to everybody on the forum. I agree with you and I will ask her. Personally, I like the modern-day interpretation of the 1st amendment better than the 4th. If I have a day of low blood pressure, all I do is look how those constitutional guarantees are being abused and I am cured instantly. ;)
