Here's my take on all of this-
JACKIE wants the jewlery, probably for it's monetary value. OR it could be just plain old spite because the Rochas are not supporting her son!
As for the things Scott wants, I don't think he wants them at all. I think it's Geragos trying to make him appear more normal/human. Scott has been in the "out of sight, out of mind" mode from the beginning!"
And, I remember hearing Al Clark saying the Rochas were advised not to go into the house but " if it were me, as a mother/parent, I would go with my heart". He could never publically say, that he ok'd a "break in". I'm sure the Rochas had good legal advice on what they could or could not do.

If he wanted the baby's things, he would want the baby. One of the possible motives is Scott never wanted children. Scott allegedly wanting the baby's things is the defense's way of cancelling out this possible motive.

I think that is an excellent point..that Mark G is trying another avenue to make Snotty Scotty look like a devoted hubby..yeah sure...girlfriends on the side whilst his wife is nearly due with their first "kid"..not baby, child, "kid".

I think the date the rings went in to be reset and just where they went could be important. If they were taken in after Laci went missing, what do you bet Snotty Scotty will say he wanted to give her a suprise and a renewel of the wedding vows....

And this nonsense about a crime scene being damaged by the Rochas...the Petersons have been in and out of the house lots of times since the crime tapes came down..sheesh...

Too bad the judge can't put a gag order on the mother of Snotty Scotty...a literal gag so we don't have to see that smirk she wears...

Well, in divorces, and the 2 sides of families, anything goes... I can remember when my oldest sister was divorcing and my nephew, her son, had terminal cancer, (he is now considered a miracle child, survived all odds, going on 20 something years cancer free), and I got caught up into their dilemma, and hummmmm, (should I say?).... a little bit of a 415 pc got rowdy up... lol... (family distrubance...) After that, things settled..

So, I think things might get ugly before all is done with Rocha's and Petersons...

After all, they have only known each other since 1995? Not long enough really to really bond for life!...;o)
