I'm inclined to believe it will be the 'appeal' by Scott Peterson's lawyers to the double homicide conviction and death penalty that will lay bare the insidious wrong of the Roe and Doe decisions. But it is not likely that either of our predictions will come to pass ... 'stare decesis' covers the paradoxical asses of the jackasses on the high bench. Even when a 'landmark' case arose from lies and deceit (as Roe did, clearly), the court can ignore the specious to uphold their own error damn near for perpituity. Look how long the Dred Scott error stood!

I doubt it, the way Petersons lawyers are planning to phrase his indictement (forget conviction, they are already working on the indictment alone) is based on part of the 10 amendment and row vs wade combined.
Long story short, they are going to use parts of both arguements to hit at it.
The PBA ban is going to be the case that either keeps roe vs wade alive or overturns it. That was the real intent from the begining.
