You're going to have to explain your comment. What argument have you heard before? What expectations of privacy does Bill Bennett have? Was information on his gambling ($ amts & so forth) public property, lawfully obtained, or was it leaked by those wishing to harm him?

The last time I checked, Bill Bennett wasn't an elected or appointed public official, and doesn't hold any official position of public trust.
