Plan for the best, but prepare for the worst. This will happen, it's not a question of if, but of when. I get the sense that most of us Americans think that these are towel headed, cave dwelling, idiots we are dealing with. These people are highly educated. Where do most of today's lower paid but highly skilled scientific minds come from? India, and Pakistan perhaps? Of these 2 nations which would be the most likely to supply Al Qaeda with nuclear material?
Where are the madrasas that teach their children to hate America? Pakistan is a nuclear power, with a nuclear infrastructure that is far from secure. There have been incidents of theft, smuggling and unsuccessful attempts at infiltrating our borders with such material. Maybe it looks the way it does to you, is because the Heroes, and Warriors are doing their jobs while you sleep. Unfortunately those brave men and women aren't perfect and something will happen, maybe not a week or a month from now, but how about 5, 10 or 20 yrs from now? For historical significance purposes the new millennium started on 9/11/01. We can never let our guard down, and never forget what happened that day. We must stay eternally vigilant and treat every threat as significant. These cowards will be defeated and destroyed, and maybe some day our children will be able to live in a world with out the hatred that infects these people. Until then I've got your back, I hope you've got mine.
