SO the answer to the Federal Reserve board is its not located in America. Why is it in Europe? Thats something I have always wondered and never had a clear answer thats all...

I never liked the markets and never have trusted them, The days before 911, SOmeone should look into the markets and see the trading that went on prior to 911 it would be shocking, thats why I dont like the market.Id rather put my money in a sock . LOL
