Halliburton was one of two companies to bid for the jobs in Iraq. The other company was a French company. No way in hell they get rewarded the contract.

I agree the french should not even look in the direction of Iraq ,those frogs, but Im saying Favoritism is the same as rip'n off the market, just its done differently
