limits on media ownership...i was wondering when he'd get to this.
i'm totally concerned. I'm concerned where every industry is shrinking and owned by fewer and fewer people. That's shrink. Less jobs.

Slowly they are weeding out the best, and like michael touched on last night, we need a people who will take the toarch to the next generation of Truth and Liberty. Conscience and morality. There you go. I mean, this is just another huge power grab. Seeing Colin Powell's son up there...he just looked like a puppet shrugging his shoulders saying it will happen anyway.
That's like saying, America will fail, it's inevitable.

its true they screwed him contractually, and many that called they said it was Savage's fault. Savage told us tonite It was them that pulled the plug.

And KSFO was his "flagship" station. That would be like 77 ABC in NY dropping Limbaugh and Hannity.

I think the on-air schedule gives us our answer. Radio is about dollars, which you knew, and if the dollars going out did not justify the dollars coming in, changes are made. It's also possible there's been a "drop-off" in new listenership during Savage's show. No offense, but that's the most assinine thing I've ever heard (if you're in the radio biz.) If not, stay out! Please!
Seriously though, Savage is number one in afternoon drive, especially the money demos. KSFO is making money hand over fist and there is NO WAY that KSFO would ever let him go, when another station will snatch him up in two seconds.
FYI--Laura Inghram is on 1550 AM every night at 7pm.
