IMO, by overstaying your welcome.

You must leave a store after being asked to leave by the store owner, especially you are a belligerent customer.

If you don't leave, then you are trespsssing.

My guess is he was probably being belligerant and asked to leave. Obviously this guy was haveing some sort of issues in his life - maybye for being a 40 year old loser living in some gheto appartments - and was takeing out his anger on others.
