The defense has revealed that it is searching for a man named "Donnie," with no known address and a possible tie to illegal drugs, including methamphetamines, Fox News has learned. I guess the satanic cult trial balloon burst, so it's on to the next one. Equally pathetic.
I think the Rochas allowed their anger to get the best of them and there may be undesirable consequences for their breaking into the house. That house is potentially a crime scene and whatever they did to disturb its contents could be later construed as tampering with, planting or destroying evidence.

It was no longer a crime scene. The police had already released it. What other legalities might ensue, I don't know. Some lawyers have said it's not Scott's house while he is accused of murder (if he's exonerated, then it can be)--but some folks here feel otherwise. I'm not a lawyer, so I just read along.

The Rocha's attorney said the peterson's have been all over that house many times. He even said that there was a report of them using the pool! If this is true -- which I am certain the part about the peterson's having been at the house many times is -- then how would you feel? The "crime scene" exists when the peterson's go in and out of it, doesn't it? In sum, the Rocha's didn't let their anger get the best of them.

The police say it is no longer. What about what the Petersons, or their friends, might have been destroying?
