Jackie said the other day that it's Scott's house. He inherited Laci's half when she died.
Someone's probably commented on this by now, but from what I gather from the legal experts on tv, this house is now in legal limbo, and until SP is cleared of this, his family shouldn't be claiming it as theirs.
If he's convicted, the estate will go to the Rochas. He won't profit at all. Have others here heard that?
