Well, I didn't see how it could be his house now when he has been charged with murdering his wife and baby. I'm getting really tired of Jackie Peterson. She keeps expressing concern for Laci's family and then does everything she can to make things more difficult for them.

Did know he cannot profit in anyway if convicted. Wonder if they could have borrowed money on the house to help pay his lawyer?

Right, I'm not up on this, and there seem to be so many opinions out there, even among the legal eagles. Haven't heard if there's really a definitive answer yet.

But the Ps seem to be around the bend when they consider this "our house"...however not surprising, considering the lack of emotion expressed by the accused.
