Thanks for the info, Maggie! If that info was supplied to FBI by SP, then it looks bad for him. Of course, he will say something like "well, I thought she was wearing them, but later I found them. She did mention her fingers were swollen, but I didn't know she took them off".

Thanks MaggieMay. You would also think, given the fact that Amy saw her Monday night, 12/23, the diamond ring was on her finger that night. So, one of two things are going to happen now. Either Scott was really stupid and did take the jewelry to have something made "suddenly" on 12/24 (yeah, right) or he hocked them for something/someone else.

OR, they are now going to claim that the Rochas took them, as they can no longer be located. Anyone want to take bets?
Since there no jewelry to be found, either the police confiscated it in the searches, or Scott cleared it out for cash.jmo
