Yes, that's a relatively new tidbit, to me. That he told Amy he had an 8:00 tee time for the 24th. And he said he'd pick up some fruit basket she needed picked up. I understand the company that had the fruit basket later called Amy and said no one had picked it up. That must have been the first sign, to Amy, that something was wrong!

Why, thank you!!

*Let's all talk about our possessions!*
Anyone want to hear about my two cats? (Actually, they own me, but that's another story.)

Well, you never know about men!

SKOW's? Did that used to be SCOW's? LOL.

There are special riders, I think, aren't there, to include jewelry in certain general insurance policies? And wouldn't it be a problem for him to claim LACI'S lost jewelry, in an insurance claim?I really dunno, Anse, but I ran this by the Sandlapper, (who generally knows nothing, but thinks he knows it all--gawd, I love that man, LOL). He seems to think that any jewelry I might have insured under our homeowner's policy, if I get kidnapped, murdered, and the jewelry stolen from my dead body, that he would be able to file a claim to cover his "jewelry loss". Now, that really hurts my feelings! LOL. I'm counting on my FR friends not to let the Sandlapper get away with anything. 'kay?

Now, how'd that happen?

The fruit basket item IS interesting. Now add it to the probability that Laci didn't tell her mother that Scott was going fishing in the morning when she talked to her mother the night before (23rd). That 8 o'clock tee time should be "written" somewhere. (Lie No. 1??)

Almost all insurance policies are exclusionary, i.e., if you are making a claim, but are responsible for the loss, you're not going to get paid.

And he said he'd pick up some fruit basket she needed picked up.OMG! I just had a sickening thought! Suppose, just suppose, that Amy said to Scott while cutting his hair, "I need for Laci to pick up a fruit basket for me tomorrow while she's out and about. Do you think she'd mind?"
To: Sacajaweau
Understood. But if you are not responsible for the loss, would the Sandlapper be right?
To: Sandylapper
Yes, he said this information was per the autopsy report.
To: Howlin
No. Scott is presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty.
To: goody2shooz
I'm sure you know this, but I'll say it again. That only applies in a court of law; we're all free to speculate.
