Scott's attorney is busy "producing" a play called "reasonable doubt". Any hypothetical can be used but you have to attach it to the evidence somehow. An abduction?? When and how did her body get to the water (where Scott fished on the 24th) UNLESS they held her captive for a while..at least until that info was released. I think the autopsy will tell if these are possibilities and I'm sure that's all Gregoras is trying to do...match a circumstance to the autopsy and "real evidence", ignoring Scott as the perp.

The bottom line is that Scott's attorney is "advertising". Payment?? I'm sure the house and all Scott's assets are named in an agreement between Scott and his attorney. It's a very sad but interesting case. The rings may be one of the biggest clues especially if Amber has a different size than Laci. Wish we knew more about the rings.

Right, I'm not up on this, and there seem to be so many opinions out there, even among the legal eagles. Haven't heard if there's really a definitive answer yet.

But the Ps seem to be around the bend when they consider this "our house"...however not surprising, considering the lack of emotion expressed by the accused.

I came up with 5 he has exhibited so far...Don't know for sure about the rest, but can't rule them out..

I do like the term "malignant narcissism". Gets right to the meat of things, doesn't it?

How about he has Maligant Narcissism with Passive-Aggressive behavior? LOL.

Yes I agree with you. Was the ring delivered to Amber or was it still being "customized" at the store?

Malignant narssissum. So named because the person chooses the "Portrayed self" or the false self that is a window dressing and not their "true self" which they hide at all costs.
If someone with enough knowledge of the true self were to threaten to expose this person for what they really are they could possibly experiance this persons rage and schizophrenic like disturbance of thinking.

Well, I don't know Snott personally (Thank God) but from what we have observed via the media, I would say he "qualifies" Probably Mommy Dearest too...

I'm honestly wondering if it is "learned" behavior or it just runs in the family?

Who knows..

I know after trial is the usual. There was one case where lawyers(friends of the deceased} paid for the investigation and because of deposition power got the ex husband and finally he was convicted first in civil and then in criminal trial. There was a movie made about it.

Thank you for the link Neenah...I find it very telling that they point out that Satanist like Ramirez and Berkowitz did not conceal their victims..and Manson made a spectacle of their victims...Laci was hidden, killer did not think that this body would be found.
