So much for balanced reporting. We have quote's from: "a Gay and Lesbian Political Caucus board member", a N.O.W,. member that "claims to have been raised Catholic (i guess she missed the part about "though shall not kill"), an ACLU board member, and a lay professor at a Jesuit school.
Amazing that they couldn't find a single person that supported the Church's right to free speech.
But then again it is Boston were talking about.

While the Catholic Church has the full authority to make any statement they wish regarding any subject they wish, You simply can not talk about someones right to free speech when you telling anyone that disagrees with you to shut up.
I had hoped that the whole DC, Suzi S. debacle would have taught us that crying about free speech when we are trying to silence others is not an acceptable argument.

That is just it. "Raised Catholic" is a huge difference than "practicing Catholic"
