In the post-modern mindset, truth is unknowable. The only truth is absurdity: there is no truth, only relavance and irrelavance, perceived right and perceived wrong. And the illogical conclusion of the post-modern mindset that "we have to listen to each other" to discover moral right and wrong reveals a disdain for traditional norms, e.g., the Bible. The Bible is no longer relavant.

This statement could not be a bigger lie. British Anglicans having true moral conviction are frightened and timid? Those who oppose moral decay are called bigots and persecuted psychologically and economically. It takes true courage to debate moral relativists, whose positions shift with every fashionable perception of necessity.

If I were in the Anglican church in this diocese, I would thank them for being honest about their beliefs and leave the church and worship God with another congregation. I would also encourage them to repent of their sin.
