Estrada is more qualified than 2 of the people who currently sit on the Supreme Court!!

That's why Chuckie doesn't want him - because Bush might appoint him to the USSC - and Estrada might vote to overturn Roe v. Wade - and then Chuckies minions would have to find an illegal way to get rid of their offspring which they don't want made public.
