Basically, Brit just chronicled the events from when the weapons inspectors were kicked out of Iraq in '98 to Saddam's dodging earlier this year and how Juan must believe that, in those five years, Saddam destroyed the weapons on his own but then didn't want anyone to know he did it so we could come kick his ass.

You left out Brit telling Juan that in order to believe what he seeminly believed, he would also believe in the tooth fairy. I almost fell out of my chair at that one, I was laughing so hard.
