They also should include agencies in charge investigating alleged child abuse cases. In Illinois DCFS is the agency in charge of investigating such cases and it has evolved into a lawless, out of control agency with Orwellian powers. It has been pushed in this direction by politcally correct fanatics
of the leftist persuasion.

No Government agency should be granted unconstitutional powers even if its mandate is to protect children.
